Laverne Benton

Laverne Benton is the Indie Dyer and Tools Maker behind the online store BzyPeach based in Georgia, USA.

As a dyer, she specialises in hand-dyed luxury Pima cotton and Tencel yarns in Fingering, DK and Aran weights. She also creates illustrations featuring crafters of colour that adorn the covers of her exclusive range of journals, aimed specifically at fibre lovers. The books are the perfect place for makers to record thoughts, curate a yarn stash and organise projects, whatever the crafting discipline.

She hosts Saturday Morning Shenanigans during 'Lives' on Instagram where she's @bzypeach and uses it as the primary vehicle for creating community in her corner of the fibre arts world. Scheduled every Saturday at 10.00 am EST she uses candid and fun conversation to connect with other fibre artists and business owners.
