Terri J Haynes

Terri J. Haynes is an indie dyer, graphic designer, tools maker, podcaster and owner of online yarn shop 'AT Haynes House Yarns' based in Fort Washington, Maryland, USA.

A native of Baltimore Terri is also a published author who has always had a wide creative streak. She's been knitting from childhood and crocheting since her early adulthood but only began dyeing yarn in 2018. Terri opened 'AT Haynes House Yarns' in February 2019 and runs the business with her husband Brian describing it as 'a company born out of family, community and fun.'

The concept of family is very important to Terri and together with Brian they're a dynamic partnership. She strives to make colourways and products that make customers feel welcome as part of her fibre family while Brian hand makes their 'Uncle Brian's Bags' range of project bags. As products of the Haynes household, each and every one has a story.
