All orders for physical items shown in the BIPOC in Fiber shop are personally handled and packed by us. Orders are shipped via Royal Mail using Standard 1st Class delivery service for all domestic UK orders and International Standard Airmail (Untracked) for all orders outside the UK. Once orders have been processed and dispatched we are unable to guarantee when an item will reach the given shipping address however please use the following as a general guide:

In the event that your order does not arrive within the following time scales you may be entitled to a replacement. In which case please email hello@bipocinfiber.com quoting your order confirmation number.

Shipping Policy
Please email hello@bipocinfieber.com within 14 days of receiving your order if you would like to return any items. Items must be in their original condition, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will refund you for any items returned and the original standard delivery cost. If you selected a more expensive shipping method, or are only returning part of your order, we will refund the difference.
Return Policy
Some international customers may need to pay additional taxes, customs duty and/or fees imposed by the destination country’s government in order to receive their order. These extra costs are not something we have any control over, and we’re not able to predict whether or not you will be liable to pay them.
From 1 July 2021, EU customers will be liable for any VAT, customs charges, fees, etc. on their orders at time of entry to the EU country. There is no longer a VAT free allowance on low value orders.
